Job Summary As the Associate Director, US Marketing, you will support the strategic planning and execution for the pre- and post-launch phases of our drug in the US for a specific oncology indication. This role requires a dynamic professional with solid experience in oncology, strategic analysis, and collaborative teamwork. You will play a pivotal role in budget management, alliance partnerships, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities Strategic Planning Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the oncology indication. Contribute to the tactical execution of initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, medical affairs, market access, and sales teams. Facilitate communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
Project Management:
Lead specific projects or initiatives as assigned, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met effectively.
Alliance Partnership Coordination:
Assist in managing strategic partnerships with external entities. Support alignment of partnership goals with corporate strategies.
Regulatory Support:
Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to the oncology indication. Coordinate with regulatory affairs to address challenges and opportunities.
Budget Justification:
Support budget planning and justification processes based on market analysis, revenue forecasts, and strategic priorities. Monitor spending and ensure alignment with financial goals.
Forecasting and Analysis:
Contribute to revenue forecasts and demand planning activities. Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and patient trends to inform forecasting models. Qualifications Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field (or commensurate education and experience) required Master's Degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field preferred
Experience Qualifications:
7 or More Years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries required exposure to oncology preferred 4 or More Years of which are in product management or comparable function (including product launch experience) preferredpharmaceutical sales and/or sales management experience preferred Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. preferred Proven track record in developing strategic initiatives with cross-functional disciplines preferred Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Salary Range:
