The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving digital marketing performance and serving as the business owner of Amneal's digital commerce platform Amneal Direct. This role leads digital engagement, platform optimization, analytics, and website initiatives while partnering closely with IT, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer experience and support business growth.
Essential Functions:
Platform & Business Ownership Own the Amneal Direct digital commerce platform from a business perspective, including platform enhancements, release planning, testing, issue resolution, and vendor management. Serve as the primary business partner to IT, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer experience, and platform functionality. Prioritize business requirements, manage enhancement roadmaps, oversee user acceptance testing, and support release readiness. Lead the planning, deployment, and optimization of product websites and microsites. Manage relationships with platform vendors, agencies, analytics partners, and development teams. Digital Marketing Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. Manage digital campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, site merchandising, promotions, and customer journeys. Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and agency partners to deliver effective digital programs. Analytics & Performance Define analytics requirements, tagging strategies, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Analyze digital performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for platform and campaign optimization.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field. -
Required Experience:
5 years or more in Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, digital product ownership, or platform management. Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, SAP Commerce, or similar. Experience managing website enhancements, testing, releases, analytics, and vendor relationships. Strong understanding of customer journeys, site merchandising, search optimization, and digital analytics. Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated-industry digital initiatives Proven ability to collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, IT, and Commercial stakeholders The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company's good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
