About the Role Karina Boutique is a formal wear boutique specializing in bridal, prom, homecoming, quinceañera, and mother-of-the-bride/groom collections. We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own content creation and marketing execution across our social media, email, and in-store promotions. Content drives real revenue for our business, so this is treated as a core, strategic role — not an entry-level social media task. Responsibilities Brainstorm and build a monthly promotional calendar covering all product categories Design, produce, and edit content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Plan and attend customer photo shoots (a photographer handles the shooting; you'll plan logistics and be present) Provide photography for social media ad campaigns Design and lay out marketing emails in Flodesk Create graphics for store events, promotions, and announcements Report on content performance weekly Help build our TikTok strategy from the ground up Qualifications Strong eye for photography, styling, and brand consistency Experience with content editing and planning tools Comfortable using an iPhone as your primary content-capture tool Weekend availability is a must — shoot days may also fall on weekdays Organized, creative, and detail-oriented Pay & Benefits Hourly rate based on experience Monthly bonus opportunity tied to store appointment goals Store cell phone provided How to Apply Please send a video introduction to hello@karinaboutique.com telling us about yourself and why you'd be a great fit for this role.
