The Senior Licensing Manager owns end-to-end management of JEM's inbound brand licensing portfolio — serving as the primary point of contact for licensor partners, safeguarding contractual and brand compliance across all product lines, and driving strategic growth within licensed categories. Key Responsibilities Licensor Relationship Management Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for licensor partners (Monster, BLACK+DECKER, Energizer Connect, Armor All, STP, Barbasol, Pure Silk, AIWA, Xtreme, and future brand partners), building trusted relationships that support long-term renewals and category expansion. Brand Compliance & Product Approvals Manage the end-to-end product approval process, submitting new SKUs, packaging, and marketing materials to licensors for review and sign-off ahead of go-to-market timelines. Ensure all licensed products, packaging, and retail/marketing materials adhere to brand style guides and quality standards, partnering with Product Development and Marketing early in the cycle. Royalty Reporting & Financial Oversight Own quarterly/monthly royalty reporting and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and payments to licensors. Partner with Finance to forecast royalty obligations, track minimum-guarantee attainment, flag shortfall risk, and support internal or licensor-initiated audits. Category & Portfolio Strategy Identify and evaluate opportunities for new product categories, brand extensions, or additional licensor partnerships aligned with JEM's consumer electronics accessories business. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align licensed product launches with retailer programs, seasonal resets, and promotional calendars, while monitoring category and competitive trends. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the internal licensing subject-matter expert across Product Development, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus. 7+ years in brand licensing, brand management, or related contract/vendor management roles; consumer electronics, CPG, or hardgoods experience strongly preferred.
