POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives for Fiesta Auto Group dealerships. The position supports dealership sales, service, parts, recruiting, community involvement, and overall brand awareness through effective digital and traditional marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary marketing resource for Fiesta dealerships while working collaboratively with the El Paso marketing team to maintain consistent branding, messaging, processes, and overall marketing strategy across the organization. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, hands-on marketing execution, dealership support, vendor coordination, digital marketing knowledge, and performance analysis. The Marketing Manager must be able to respond to the individual needs of each dealership while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with Fiesta Auto Group standards and manufacturer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Strategy & Dealership Support Develop and execute dealership marketing plans in coordination with the El Paso marketing team and dealership leadership. Meet regularly with General Managers and department leaders to identify sales, inventory, service, parts, and customer-retention marketing needs. Coordinate monthly and seasonal dealership campaigns, promotions, model-specific initiatives, and manufacturer programs. Support marketing efforts for new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, and other dealership departments. Monitor local competitors, market conditions, customer trends, and dealership performance to identify marketing opportunities. Ensure Fiesta dealership initiatives support the broader marketing strategy of Viva/Fiesta Auto Group. Maintain a marketing calendar for assigned dealerships and ensure campaigns and promotional materials are completed accurately and on schedule. Digital Marketing Coordinate and monitor dealership digital advertising, including paid search, display, social media, video, email, and other digital channels. Monitor dealership websites to ensure specials, incentives, events, contact information, inventory-related content, and other customer-facing information remain accurate and current. Support search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), local search visibility, and website conversion efforts. Monitor website traffic, digital leads, conversion rates, campaign performance, cost per lead, and other relevant marketing KPIs. Coordinate email and customer marketing campaigns in partnership with dealership departments and the El Paso marketing team. Assist with Google Business Profiles and other dealership listings to maintain accurate hours, contact information, photos, and dealership information. Identify opportunities to improve digital visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. Social Media & Content Coordinate dealership social media calendars and content. Create, schedule, review, or coordinate content promoting vehicles, employees, dealership events, community involvement, customer experiences, service promotions, and other dealership activities. Work with the El Paso marketing team to ensure Fiesta content follows established brand standards. Coordinate photography, video, graphics, and other creative assets as needed. Monitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to improve reach and customer interaction. Ensure content is professional, accurate, timely, and appropriate for the dealership and manufacturer brands represented. Advertising & Brand Management Maintain consistent Fiesta Auto Group branding across advertising and customer-facing materials. Coordinate traditional advertising when applicable, including radio, television, print, outdoor, direct mail, sponsorships, and community advertising. Review marketing materials for accuracy, appropriate disclosures, brand consistency, and manufacturer requirements before publication. Work with the El Paso marketing team on creative development and larger group-wide campaigns. Coordinate manufacturer-specific marketing programs, advertising requirements, and co-op opportunities. Maintain awareness of applicable advertising requirements and escalate compliance questions to appropriate leadership before publication. Reputation Management Monitor dealership reviews and online reputation across relevant platforms. Coordinate professional and timely responses to online reviews in accordance with company guidelines. Identify recurring customer concerns or reputation trends and communicate them to dealership and corporate leadership. Work with dealership management to promote positive customer experiences and encourage legitimate customer reviews. Monitor dealership ratings and reputation-related KPIs. Events & Community Relations Plan and coordinate dealership events, sponsorships, charitable activities, community partnerships, and promotional events. Work with General Managers and the El Paso marketing team to promote dealership involvement within local communities. Coordinate event advertising, promotional materials, signage, social media coverage, photography, and follow-up. Represent Fiesta Auto Group professionally at company and community events when required. Vendor & Budget Management Coordinate with advertising agencies, website providers, digital vendors, media partners, printers, promotional vendors, and other marketing partners. Review vendor performance and ensure services are being delivered according to expectations. Monitor marketing expenses and assist leadership with dealership marketing budgets. Review invoices and campaign expenditures for accuracy and alignment with approved marketing initiatives. Track advertising performance and make recommendations regarding continued spending, adjustments, or vendor performance. Assist with manufacturer co-op documentation and reimbursement processes when applicable. Reporting & Performance Analysis Prepare regular marketing performance reports for leadership. Track relevant KPIs, including website traffic, leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, engagement, campaign results, reputation metrics, and other performance indicators. Analyze campaign results and recommend changes based on measurable performance. Work with dealership management and the El Paso marketing team to identify marketing opportunities for underperforming inventory, departments, or campaigns. Maintain accurate documentation of active campaigns, expenditures, vendors, and results. Collaboration & Communication Maintain consistent communication with the El Paso marketing team to coordinate strategy, creative materials, branding, campaigns, and marketing priorities. Participate in marketing, management, and dealership meetings as requested. Develop strong working relationships with General Managers, Sales Managers, BDC leadership, Service Managers, Parts Managers, and other department leaders. Communicate campaign deadlines, requirements, responsibilities, and results clearly to dealership leadership. Serve as a liaison between Fiesta dealerships and the El Paso marketing team. Support company-wide marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Three or more years of marketing experience preferred. Automotive dealership or automotive retail marketing experience strongly preferred. Experience managing multiple locations, brands, or business units preferred. Working knowledge of digital advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, website management, and marketing analytics. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Meta platforms, Google Ads, CRM systems, or similar marketing platforms preferred. Knowledge of automotive manufacturer advertising standards and co-op programs preferred. Strong project-management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate data into actionable recommendations. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced dealership environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency. Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a larger multi-location marketing team.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, communicate verbally, and use a computer and other office equipment. The position may require attendance at dealership and community events, occasional work outside normal business hours, and travel between Fiesta Auto Group locations or other company locations as business needs require.
