Manpower is looking for a Territory Manager to lead our Albuquerque market—someone who can combine business development, client partnership, recruiting, operational leadership, and people development to drive sustainable growth. This is more than managing a staffing operation. You will be the face of Manpower in the Albuquerque business community, building relationships, identifying opportunities, developing talent, and connecting employers with workforce solutions that help them succeed. The Territory Manager is accountable for the overall performance and profitable growth of the territory, including sales and business development, client relationships, recruiting and service delivery, financial performance, operational execution, and people leadership. What You'll Lead Grow the Albuquerque Market Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the territory. Drive revenue, gross profit, profitability, and overall market growth. Build new business while deepening relationships with existing clients. Develop a strong presence within the Albuquerque business and professional community. Identify opportunities to leverage Manpower's broader capabilities to create integrated workforce solutions. Stay connected to local labor market conditions, industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging client needs. Build Partnerships That Matter You'll serve as a trusted workforce partner—not simply a staffing provider. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and prospects. Understand client business and talent challenges and connect them to the right Manpower solutions. Drive consultative business development and establish accountability for sales performance. Deepen existing relationships and identify opportunities for expanded partnerships. Proactively address challenges and drive issues to resolution. Lead and Develop People Great markets are built by great teams. Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Albuquerque team. Build strong relationships across the organization and leverage Manpower resources to support local success. Communicate priorities, strategies, expectations, and results effectively. Champion Recruiting & Service Excellence Provide leadership and direction for recruiting and talent acquisition. Ensure the team effectively sources, engages, selects, and retains qualified associates. Support innovative approaches to recruiting and talent development. Deliver responsive, high-quality service to clients. Identify opportunities to improve processes and the client and candidate experience. Own the Business This is a leadership role with real accountability for business performance. Monitor revenue, gross profit, profitability, and operational performance. Develop forecasts, budgets, and business plans. Analyze financial and operational information and turn insight into action. Ensure appropriate bill/pay structures and strong gross profit performance. Establish priorities, deadlines, and accountability while removing barriers to execution. Balance immediate operational demands with longer-term strategic priorities. The Leader We're Looking For

What You'll Bring Leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, human resources, professional services, or a comparable service environment. A demonstrated track record in sales, business development, account management, recruiting, or market growth. Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and workforce solutions. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client and community relationships. Strong consultative selling, influencing, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze financial and operational information and translate it into actionable strategies. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a changing environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. You'll Stand Out With 3+ years of management or people-leadership experience. 3-5 years of recruiting experience. 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in staffing, workforce solutions, professional services, or a related industry. Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, P&L, or market-level performance. Established relationships within the Albuquerque business or professional community. Why This Opportunity?
