Great Resort Vacations | $150,000-$200,000+ annual earning potential Great Resort Vacations is seeking an experienced OPC Manager to build, manage, and operate teams throughout the Wasatch Front. We have booths at fairs, shows, pumpkin patches, and other busy locations. You will find new events, staff our booths, and train your team to book qualified appointments for our showrooms.

LOCATED IN UTAH

We need a fast starter and go-getter who has booked presentations personally and knows how to lead a team that produces results. What you'll do Find fairs, shows, events, and other locations for our booths. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage OPC teams at multiple locations. Teach your team how to engage customers, qualify prospects, and book showroom appointments. Work alongside your team to coach and improve performance. Track appointments and presentation results by person and location. Ensure customer information is recorded accurately and teams follow company standards. What we're looking for Proven experience booking presentations. Experience managing and training OPC or event marketing teams. Strong recruiting, coaching, scheduling, and communication skills. The ability to get new locations and teams operating quickly. Availability to travel throughout the Wasatch Front and work weekends. Compensation

JOB IS IN UTAH. WE WILL HELP WITH TRANSITION IF ITS FAST

> The base is $1,000 per week . For your first 30 days, you will receive an additional $1,000 per week in base pay ongoing . You will also receive overrides for presentations booked by your team. $150,000-$200,000+ annual earning potential .
