Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role focuses on territory coverage, in-store presence, product education, and day-to-day account support. This position operates within New York's regulated cannabis market and requires adherence to New York rules , including compliant sales practices, marketing restrictions, and inventory transfer requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Brand Representation & Account Support Build and maintain positive relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, budtenders, and retail staff. Conduct in-store demos, product samplings, and retail activations to increase brand awareness and sell-through. Provide product education and training to retail staff regarding product knowledge, benefits, dosing, and compliance messaging. Ensure merchandising materials, displays, and POS items are properly placed, stocked, rotated, and maintained according to company standards. Support local events, pop-ups, and festivals while professionally representing the Drops brand. Answer customer and retail partner questions regarding products and brand initiatives. Collaborate with our NY Sales and Distribution partner to schedule event activations and ensure all our dispensary customers are well stocked with Drops candies. Provide feedback on product performance, customer needs, and competitor activity. Share insights from store visits to help inform sales strategy and product planning. Operate and transport the Drops branded cargo e-bike (Ferla Mini, pedal-assist) to store activations and events throughout your territory. Success Looks Like Territory revenue growing month over month Strong shelf presence in every store Budtenders recommending Drops Outfield CRM fully updated Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 2+ year of event and brand ambassador experience, cannabis industry experience preferred Experience in a regulated environment is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a territory schedule. Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment. Adventurous and physically comfortable — this role includes operating a branded cargo e-bike through city streets, Licenses & Requirements Valid New York driver's license with clean driving record and proof of auto insurance. Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory.
