The role You will run day-to-day marketing for Blush across our B2B and D2C channels, reporting to the Head of E-Commerce & Marketing. The job is hands-on — you will plan the calendar, ship the launches, keep the brand consistent across more than fifty collections, and hold the team to a standard. This is a builder's role at a company that makes what it sells. You will work directly with product development, sales, ecommerce, operations, and our design and production teams, and you will have a real say in how new collections come to market. We are a small team with a large catalog, so you should be as comfortable writing a product page yourself as you are reviewing someone else's. What success looks like in the first 90 days
- You've audited the current calendar, brand guidelines, and Voice and Tone Framework, and flagged gaps
- Reviewed the active trade show and sell-in calendar
- You've shipped at least one D2C campaign and one B2B activation end to end What you will do Launches and campaigns
- Own the marketing calendar across B2B and D2C, including new collection launches, seasonal moments, promotions, and trade show support.
- Collaborate with your teams to build go-to-market plans for new collections and sub-brands, from positioning and naming input through packaging copy, product pages, launch content, and sell-in materials.
- Run integrated campaigns across email and SMS, organic social, paid media where the category allows, affiliates, and creator partnerships.
- Set launch KPIs up front (revenue, sell-through, engagement) and report results against them post-launch, feeding lessons back into the next cycle.
- Coordinate the trade show calendar with sales — booth materials, timing, and follow-up campaigns for leads generated at each show. Brand and content
- Keep Blush and its sub-brands consistent in voice, claims, and visual identity across every channel, using our Voice and Tone Framework and brand guidelines.
- Oversee copy for product pages, packaging, email, social, and sales collateral, and edit for accuracy, claims compliance, and brand fit.
- Route regulated or higher-risk claims (health, efficacy, safety) through legal/compliance review before they ship, and keep a record of what's been cleared.
- Manage creator, influencer, and expert partnerships, including sourcing, contracts, briefs, and performance review.
- Maintain the central brand asset library (photography, packaging art, logos, templates) so the team and outside partners are always pulling current, approved files. Manage B2B marketing Team
- Support the sales team with sell sheets, catalogs, planograms, merchandising tools, and trade show materials for retailers and distributors.
- Run B2B email and account activation programs that move new retail accounts from registration to first order.
- Build ongoing relationships with key retail buyers and distribution partners, and keep sell-in materials current as the catalog changes.
- Partner with sales on co-op marketing and MDF (market development fund) programs where retailers offer them. D2C growth

- Manage marketing agencies and contractors for performance media, web design, and content production, including scopes, budgets, and deliverables.
- Partner with ecommerce on the affiliate program (creator and content affiliates), while ecommerce continues to own the underlying platform relationships.
- Track and report on campaign performance (open/click rates, conversion, CAC where applicable) and use the results to adjust the next cycle's plan. Team and operations
- Lead, develop, and prioritize the work of a lean marketing team, with a regular cadence of 1:1s and team check-ins.
- Own the marketing budget and report monthly on spend and results against plan.
- Maintain the tools and processes the team runs on, including Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Salsify, Teambition, and SharePoint, and bring in AI tools where they raise quality or speed.
