MARKETING & INVENTORY MANAGERExotic Pet Birds Inc. — Rochester, NY We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Inventory Manager to join our growing team! This position is perfect for someone who has a strong eye for design and enjoys creating content, graphics, promotions, and marketing materials — while also being comfortable staying organized and managing inventory.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & MARKETING

Create eye-catching graphics, advertisements, flyers, signage, promotions, and social media content Help develop and maintain our brand image across multiple platforms Photograph and create content featuring our store, products, pets, and events Assist with social media marketing and promotional campaigns Help develop creative ideas to increase customer engagement and sales Work with management to turn ideas into professional marketing materials

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Monitor inventory levels and identify products that need to be reordered Assist with purchasing and product ordering Maintain accurate inventory information Help organize and merchandise products throughout the store Work with vendors and management on product availability and promotions Assist with inventory planning and seasonal product changes

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Has graphic design experience and a strong creative eye Is comfortable with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs Has experience with social media and digital marketing Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can manage multiple projects and deadlines Has excellent communication skills Is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Can take an idea from "I have an idea…" to a finished, professional piece Is self-motivated and willing to take initiative Pet industry experience is a plus, but not required. A genuine love of animals and willingness to learn is important. This is a hands-on position in a growing company, and there is a lot of opportunity for someone who wants to be creative, take ownership, and help shape our marketing and brand.

Pay:

Up to $38,000.00 per year
