Developer Marketing Manager, Developer Marketing
Job Description
DescriptionAmazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Developer Marketing Team. Our innovative and dynamic organization is responsible for helping to grow our brand presence within the developer community. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media and marketing campaigns. A successful candidate has a strong background in paid media, campaign management, and performance marketing. As a marketing manager on the Developer team, you have a passion for building communities, driving engagement, and amplifying brand voice. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that connect with developer audiences, foster loyalty, and deliver measurable results. Key job responsibilities

- Develop and implement overall marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze dataPreferred Qualifications
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
