The Business Product Marketing team finds the intersection between people's needs, businesses' needs, and Meta's strongest differentiators to drive the development, launch, and growth of industry-leading business products. The products we build enable businesses to grow and communities to prosper. You will be expected to be a key thought leader within the organization and will need to establish a vision, bringing new and strategic ideas to the table, as well as drive decision-making and recommendations with leadership. You will be responsible for driving partner ecosystem strategy, market requirements and launch plans for Meta Business Agent and Paid Messaging solutions. This includes assessing market and partner needs, conducting research to influence new product development, evaluating approaches to mitigate product risks, owning go-to-market strategy and identifying opportunities to improve existing products. You will lead a small pod of dedicated Business Product Marketers, ensuring cohesion across different workstreams and coverage of priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in monetization product management, strategy consulting or partnerships/biz dev, and an understanding of the AI agent ecosystem. They should be comfortable partnering cross-functionally to drive results within a fast-paced environment. They will have experience collaborating cross-functionally, analyzing data to inform decisions, and communicating recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as the ability to prioritize competing projects based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs and comfort with ambiguity.
Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Serve as a thought leader and single-threaded owner for business product marketing across the partner ecosystem for Meta Business Agent and Paid Messaging Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering Understand partner and client needs/requirements and product risk areas in order to influence complex decisions across product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products Partner with cross-functional teams across Meta that build new, innovative solutions for advertisers to ensure that products and solutions impact long-term strategic objectives Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency, and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of partner supported products and solutions by guiding cross-functional teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and positioning Ensure that the organization is executing successful go-to-market activations across multiple internal sales and partnership teams by crafting effective messaging for a variety of audiences and enabling go-to-market teams at scale
Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years professional experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, management consulting or partnerships/business development Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive organization level strategy and drive resolution with other leaders in the context of competing perspectives Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues Organizational and people skills, and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, prioritizing competing work based on impact and deadlines, and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace Communication skills that are effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading go-to-market strategy for products with global reach end-to-end, including sales enablement and writing positioning/narrative Experience in a product marketing capacity (partnering closely with product management, product marketing and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirements and supporting product launches) Experience with and knowledge of the AI and/or Paid Messaging ecosystem and competitive landscape MBA or other relevant advanced degree Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
