We are seeking a Senior Manager, Oncology Marketing to join the US Oncology Commercial organization , reporting to the Director, NSCLC HCP Marketing lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the tactical execution of the healthcare professional marketing activities. This includes coordinating customer engagement activities, non-personal promotion programs, and digital and print media tactics, along with support for field-based materials. The Senior Manager will work closely with internal partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams to help deliver approved tactics, manage key workstreams, and support brand priorities in market. In the Sleepy Hollow, NY office for 4 days a week with 25% travel for business meetings, conferences, etc.
DISCOVER YOUR ROLE
(these are the responsibilities) Support execution of NSCLC customer engagement activities and non-personal promotion programs Coordinate development of NSCLC non-personal promotion plans, tactical timelines, outputs, data triggers, and budgets Create downstream field-based materials and selected original field-based pieces as identified and needed Manage vendors supporting digital and non-personal communications, including e-blasts, rep-triggered emails, CRM, banner ads, and related channels Coordinate non-personal and field team integration activities, including field communications Collect and reconcile budget inputs with HCP and Scientific marketing leads monthly Support marketing operations for the team, including Veeva CRM platform management, print and digital inventory management, and meeting management Work with agency partners on label updates and new launches for HCP promotional materials, including website updates Serve as Review Committee captain by coordinating RC prioritization, meetings, submissions, and follow-up for the NSCLC team
THIS ROLE REQUIRES
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 5+ years of U.S. commercial experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related areas Field experience is preferred Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members and across departments to support alignment, consistency, and collaboration Strong project and process management skills with attention to detail Must be proactive and able to prioritize and operate in a fast-paced environment Experience with media planning, digital customer engagement, and digital engagement plan execution preferred Good problem-solving ability with strong interpersonal skills both internally and externally Ability to grasp complex scientific concepts and clinical data Must be willing to travel approximately 25%, including weekends for conferences and meetings, as needed Excellent ability to present, listen, and communicate clearly with both scientific and commercial stakeholders Does this sound like you?
