Responsibilities Manage and monitor both dealership websites, ensuring information, pricing, specials, links, pages, and content are accurate and up to date Regularly check for broken links, outdated information, and other website issues Create and publish SEO-focused content, including blogs, FAQs, landing pages, and other website content designed to improve organic search visibility Analyze Google Ads and paid search performance and identify opportunities to improve results Monitor website traffic, conversions, leads, cost per lead, and other key performance metrics Track leads from their original source through the sales process to determine actual sales and true ROI Analyze the performance of third-party vendors such as Autotrader, Cars.com, and other lead-generation partners Work directly with marketing vendors and hold partners accountable for performance Manage and monitor dealership social media pages and content Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles Monitor online reviews and identify trends or opportunities for improvement Develop targeted customer retention campaigns using email and text messaging Help identify opportunities within our existing customer database to generate repeat and referral business Prepare a clear weekly marketing performance report showing spend, traffic, leads, sales, ROI, and opportunities for improvement Continually look for new ways to increase website traffic, generate qualified leads, improve customer retention, and reduce wasted advertising dollars What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 2+ years of digital marketing experience preferred Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, paid search, and website management preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations Strong writing and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, websites, vendors, and deadlines Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results Ability to communicate with vendors, ask the right questions, and hold partners accountable Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required Equivalent professional experience will be considered The Person We're Looking For We want someone who doesn't just look at reports—we want someone who asks questions. If you enjoy digging into data, improving SEO, creating content, analyzing advertising performance, and figuring out what actually drives results, we'd like to talk with you.
