This is a high visibility leadership opportunity for a marketing professional who can step into an established organization, take ownership, lead a small team, and bring stronger structure, consistency, creativity, and forward planning to the department. The ideal candidate will bring the confidence, communication skills, and practical marketing background needed to partner closely with leadership while helping support continued growth. This position offers compensation range of up to $100K , based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits and paid time off. The Director of Marketing will oversee a small marketing team and will be expected to bring strong leadership, creative direction, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to move initiatives forward. This person will play an important role in strengthening brand presence, improving customer engagement, supporting local marketing efforts, and ensuring marketing activity is intentional, organized, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall marketing strategy, planning, campaign execution, and brand visibility efforts.
- Manage, coach, and develop a small marketing team while helping strengthen department structure, communication, accountability, and follow through.
- Build and maintain marketing calendars, promotional plans, content schedules, and forward planning initiatives.
- Lead social media strategy, content planning, scheduling, engagement, and awareness efforts.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, customer engagement campaigns, CRM activity, and targeted outreach.
- Help strengthen brand consistency, messaging, and market presence across the organization.
- Coordinate local marketing efforts, community partnerships, events, promotions, and engagement opportunities.
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to align marketing activity with business priorities and growth goals.
- Track marketing activity and performance to identify what is working, what needs adjusted, and where additional opportunities exist.
- Support new initiatives, special projects, and future growth needs as the organization continues to evolve. What We're Looking For
- A minimum of five years of progressive marketing experience.
- Prior experience leading, coaching, or supporting a marketing team.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, digital marketing, brand awareness, customer engagement, and local marketing.
- Experience creating marketing calendars, campaign plans, promotional strategies, and content schedules.
- Comfort using CRM tools, social media platforms, design tools, project management tools, and general marketing technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally.
- Creative, strategic, organized, and able to move ideas into action.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and moving pieces.
- Ability to work independently and lead without heavy hand-holding.
- Professional, tactful, and able to manage sensitive or confidential information appropriately.
- Experience supporting marketing across multiple locations would be helpful, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Compensation of up to $100K, based on experience.

- Onsite in Richland County, Ohio.
