221794 Job Description Cintas is looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate to become a Campaign Manager who will work on our Digital Technology team and be responsible for campaign strategy and execution through our marketing automation platform. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns and ensuring campaigns are accurately built, targeted, tested, and delivered on time, while maintaining data integrity and operational excellence. This role will oversee campaign workflows, segmentation, lead routing, and performance tracking, translating marketing strategy into scalable, measurable execution that drives pipeline and revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
Build, execute, and maintain demand generation campaigns within the marketing automation platform, including email, nurture, events, and integrated digital programs. Translate campaign strategy and requirements into accurate technical execution, ensuring proper setup of workflows, triggers, scoring, and lead lifecycle stages. Manage audience segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right buyers at the right time, leveraging firmographic, behavioral, and intent data. Ensure accurate lead capture, routing, and handoff to sales by maintaining alignment with CRM systems and sales operations processes. Perform quality assurance and testing on all campaigns prior to launch to validate logic, personalization, tracking, and data flow. Monitor campaign performance and operational health, troubleshooting issues related to delivery, data integrity, or system errors. Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and operational standards to support scalability and consistency across programs. Advise internal teams and stakeholders on best practices for marketing automation, campaign design, and audience segmentation to maximize campaign impact. Collaborate with marketing managers, content and creative teams to align campaign objectives and target audiences. Continuously evaluate and refine campaign processes, leveraging data and industry benchmarks to drive innovation and performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure objectives align with business goals. Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Work collaboratively and partner with cross functional leaders within marketing, IT, and other functional departments to ensure alignment with overarching marketing and business goals. Skills/Qualifications Required 6+ years of experience in digital campaign operations or digital marketing, with hands‑on experience executing demand generation campaigns within a marketing automation platform. High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Strong proficiency with enterprise marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, Emarsys), including campaign builds, workflows, and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of B2B demand generation concepts, including lead management, nurturing, scoring, and pipeline attribution. Exceptional project management skills with the capability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously and ensure their successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints. Strong analytical prowess, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
