Position Summary The Director of Marketing (DM) is responsible for the strategic direction and overall execution of our enterprise marketing strategies across 3 Divisions and 5 Channels. This role drives high-volume lead generation and brand awareness through digital platforms, website oversight, content strategy, communications, and tradeshow organization. The DM serves as the primary marketing hub for the enterprise, collaborating closely with sales leadership, allocating the marketing budget to maximize ROI, and managing external creative agencies and vendors.
Key Accountabilities Residential Growth:
Increase Residential division inbound leads by 20% year-over-year.
Commercial Growth:
Increase Commercial division (two business lines) inbound leads by 25% year-over-year.
Data & Analytics:
Full ownership and management of Google Analytics, attribution tracking, and marketing KPI reporting.
Brand Governance:
Oversee content strategy and design across all mediums, maintaining brand consistency while directing external agencies or creative partners.

Description of Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Plan Execution (50% of time) Master, manage, and continuously innovate the Strategic Marketing Plans for all corporate divisions. Architect and scale professional referral programs and targeted B2B/B2C campaigns. Formulate, track, and strategically allocate the overall marketing budget across divisions to maximize lead volume and ROI. Partner with Sales Managers to optimize automated lead routing, tracking pipelines, and CRM handoff workflows. Lead Generation & Digital Management (20% of time) Direct, audit, and optimize lead generation strategies for SEO and paid search channels. Build, deploy, and manage automated marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing sequences through HubSpot. Provide clear reporting and analysis on cost-per-lead and customer acquisition costs. Brand Building & Reputation (20% of time) Enhance and elevate corporate messaging to maximize the value proposition of our moving and transportation services. Oversee the continuous update of corporate websites, social channels, and web content. Manage and protect the company's online footprint, including Google reviews and customer feedback loops. Sales Support & Enablement (10% of time) Collaborate with Sales Management to develop unified, consistent messaging across the enterprise. Support the Business Development team with client-facing collateral, promotional assets, and marketing materials tailored for RFP builds and proposals.
