This role blends marketing communications, resident relations, facility tours, administrative coordination, and front-office service in a people-focused environment. The Director of Marketing is often the first point of contact for prospective residents, families, guests, and current residents. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, presenting community amenities, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience from the first inquiry through move-in. Key Responsibilities Conduct professional, informative facility tours and clearly explain amenities, fees, services, and community benefits to prospective residents and guests. Manage marketing follow-up activities, including brochure packets, newsletters, inquiry records, telephone follow-up logs, and weekly reports to corporate. Support the resident move-in and move-out process, including inspections, rental agreement review, maintenance requests, and new resident lunches. Provide front-office resident and guest support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting with meal tickets, postage, mini-mart purchases, and general questions. Maintain accurate daily records for cash handling, postage stamps, mini-mart activity, guest meals, meal trays, and resident-related logs. Assist with operational needs such as opening and closing the office, responding appropriately to fire alarms, coordinating with maintenance, and assisting with bus driving as needed. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year. Recruiter details indicate compensation of $70,000 to $75,000 plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
