We are looking for a marketing leader to own our go-to-market strategy, connect marketing directly to revenue, that elevates our brand and pipeline.
Autonomy and authority:
Reporting line to Senior management. provides ownership of strategy and budget, and mandates to build or shape the message Job Summary The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth for the laboratory's testing services. This role requires a hands-on marketer with experience in B2B communication, scientific or technical marketing, and lead generation within regulated industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, events) targeting key industry sectors. Create and maintain marketing materials, including case studies, brochures, and digital content showcasing testing capabilities and accreditations. Manage website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media presence to improve visibility and traffic. Coordinate industry conference participation, sponsorships, and webinar series to drive engagement. Track and report marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex technical information into client-focused content. Manage vendor relationships and control the marketing budget efficiently. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive intelligence. Assist at trade events as needs arise. Travel would be required 4-6 times annually Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a technical, scientific, or regulated sector. Strong understanding of AI and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, email marketing software). Excellent written and visual communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and external partners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
