Event Marketing Details:

Contract to Hire position $41.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 01:00pm) Develops objectives and strategies for the overall effectiveness and execution of internal and external company/customer or marketing events, including workshops, seminars, trade shows, product demonstrations, etc., to maximize company exposure and produce sales leads. Works with internal/external resources to obtain needed materials/services and negotiates contracts and manages relationships with external vendors/partners. Partner with marketing, sales and product colleagues to identify key areas of focus and ensure documents and/or materials (promotional materials, product samples, etc.) is provided. Provide onsite leadership to ensure all aspects of the event are executed properly and directs exhibit design program including production. Follows up with attendants as required to ensure event success, optimize future events, and evaluate ROI. Manager ll

Event Marketing Qualifications:

2 years of experience as an Event Manager. Requires deep knowledge in area of accountability and broad knowledge of related functions. May make recommendations to business strategy and develops own organization (defining and implementing operational plans) in support of that strategy. Has measurable impact on operating efficiencies and organizational objectives.
