2988837301-2 Apply for this job now Job Description CSL is seeking a Director, Contracting Strategy to lead the design and execution of contracting strategies that expand patient access and support growth across our biotherapies and vaccines portfolio. Based in Philadelphia, this role partners with market access, finance, legal, and commercial teams to shape value-based agreements, optimize pricing and reimbursement, and manage contract risk. You will build analytic frameworks, drive process excellence, and provide executive insights, all within CSL's patient-focused, science-driven, and highly collaborative global culture. Responsibilities Lead development and execution of contracting strategy for CSL's biotherapies and vaccines portfolio Design value-based and market access contract frameworks aligned with business and regulatory requirements Partner with finance, market access, legal, and commercial teams to optimize contract performance Analyze pricing, reimbursement, and contract data to inform strategic decisions and risk management Drive continuous improvement in contracting processes, governance, and tools Provide executive-level insights, reporting, and recommendations on contract performance Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies in all contracting activities Mentor and develop a high-performing contracting strategy team Required Skills Contract strategy development Pharmaceutical/biotech market access Pricing and reimbursement analysis Financial modeling Contract negotiation Regulatory and compliance knowledge Data analytics and reporting Stakeholder management Project management Team leadership
