This role will manage the implementation plan, governance, risks, communications, vendors, and coordination across business, IT, and implementation partners. Experience implementing an enterprise OMS, particularly Manhattan Active Omni, is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead the OMS implementation from planning through deployment and stabilization. Manage the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions. Coordinate internal business teams, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners. Partner closely with the Manhattan or software-provider project manager. Oversee integration work between internal systems and the OMS. Establish project governance, status reporting, escalation paths, and change control. Coordinate testing, training, cutover, deployment, and post-launch support. Maintain project documentation and tracking in Jira and Confluence. Prepare clear executive updates, meeting summaries, and project communications. Travel periodically to local corporate and store locations. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of project management experience. Experience leading at least one end-to-end enterprise software implementation. Experience managing SaaS implementations and system integrations. Strong vendor, stakeholder, and cross-functional team coordination skills. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills. Experience working in a hybrid Agile and traditional delivery model. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Enterprise OMS implementation experience. Manhattan Active Omni or experience. Retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or omnichannel experience. Experience managing implementation partners and contract resources. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
