The Marketing Manager plays a central role in shaping and executing the firm's marketing vision, managing brand standards, digital platforms, social media, and strategic campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, this position supervises the marketing team and works closely with attorneys, firm leadership, and members of the business development team to support marketing, content, communications, events, and rankings efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, creativity, and technical expertise to drive impactful marketing initiatives across the firm.Primary Job Duties:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and client engagement consistent with the firm's strategic objectives and strategy Lead and inspire a collaborative marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence Develop and maintain the firm's brand guidelines Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels Create and design marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, etc.) for digital and print using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). This may also include the coordination and supervision of design efforts with an external provider Coordinate the production of the firm's podcast Oversee vendor management, production, and fulfilment of firm promotional products Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing and other promotional activities Oversee digital and social media marketing to enhance the firm's profile, including active management of our social media channels and website Partner with the events and business development team on firm events, sponsorships, and conferences Management and coordination of efforts to update content on the firm's website and intranet Efficiently manage marketing budgets and resources Work with the firm's Content Specialist to develop and manage the firm's PR strategy. Manage the development of internal communications, such as firm updates and newsletters Maintain and optimize the firm's marketing technology products Assist with award and ranking calendar tracking and fulfillment Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies Perform additional duties as neededKey Competencies:
