Hybrid role:- Required to be onsite 2-3 times/week We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience in just pharma analytics/advanced analytics (HCP Clienting, segmentation, claims analytics, predictive analytics etc.) We are looking for a highly motivated Advanced Analytic Manager to join our Commercial Analytics & Insights team and directly support one of our U.S. business units. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology teams to deliver data-driven insights that influence strategy, optimize promotional investments, and guide field execution. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large healthcare datasets, and able to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations. Key Responsibilities Conduct deep-dive analyses on brand performance using medical and pharmacy claims, CRM data, promotional activity data, and other internal/external datasets. Develop insights on prescribers, patient access dynamics, and channel performance that inform marketing and sales strategy. Design and execute promotional evaluations (digital, field, non-personal, patient), including experimental methodologies (test/control diff-in-diff, impact assessments, matched cohorts) to isolate ROI and channel attribution across digital, field, and non-personal tactics Lead development and implementation of predictive modeling initiatives such as HCP Clienting and segmentation, call optimization, and field force optimization; partner with sales operations to validate model impact. Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders (e.g., analytics team members, brand leads, agencies) on complex methodologies, project prioritization and analytical readouts Develop and maintain marketing mix model (MMM) to guide quarterly promotional spend allocation and quantify channel contribution to brand performance Translate analytical findings into clear, concise presentations for senior leaders. Lead or co-lead quarterly business reviews and annual brand planning sessions, translating analytical findings into strategic recommendations on Clienting, spend allocation and field execution Measure effectiveness of field force initiatives, sample strategy, and Clienting lists. Partner with leadership to design measurement frameworks and translate business questions into rigorous analytics roadmaps Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within pharma, biotech, healthcare, or a data-driven commercial environment. Proven experience designing and interpreting studies, including
MMM, A/B
testing, HCP segmentation, and dynamic Clienting. Demonstrated experience designing analytics strategies for both HCP and Patient media and promotional tactics Experience working with large datasets and tools such as Python, R, or SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions. Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with IQVIA, Symphony or other healthcare datasets. #
