Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Ensure all stores meet Papa Johns' standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store-level leaders and team members to build capability and accountability.

Performance Management:

Drive improvements in labor management, food cost, inventory control, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.

Culture Building:

Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and establish a positive, performance-driven environment.

Compliance & Standards:

Maintain adherence to brand policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Daily Travel:

Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands-on leadership, support, and oversight.
