Job Description
Link Partner Manager $150,000-$190,000 earning potential + up to $12,000 performance-based bonus during ramp-up. Sunrun, America's #1 home solar and battery company, is looking for a Link Partner Manager to drive sales growth in the Greater LA Market. You'll build and grow a network of local business partners, recruiting HVAC companies, roofing companies, electricians, real estate agencies, and other businesses to join the Sunrun Partner Program. You'll train and coach their teams on the referral process, manage ongoing partnerships, and drive lead generation through their employee networks. What You'll Do Build and grow relationships with local businesses. Recruit and manage business partners who refer customers to Sunrun. Develop partnerships with builders, contractors, developers, and other local businesses. Drive sales growth and performance in your assigned market. Spend 60%+ of your time meeting with partners and prospects in the field. Train and support business partners to generate quality customer referrals.
