Founded by professional matchmaker and dating coach Gianni G., Amora Volim is built on the belief that love is not luck—it is a strategy. Unlike traditional matchmaking services, we give clients the opportunity to see and speak with potential matches before approving an introduction. We are creating a more personal, transparent, and elevated experience for busy professionals who are ready for meaningful relationships. The Co-CEO will work directly alongside the Founder to help build operations, grow the client base, lead the matchmaking team, strengthen partnerships, and create an exceptional experience for every client. Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder on company strategy, growth, and day-to-day leadership.
• Help develop and improve matchmaking operations, workflows, and client experience.
• Support client consultations, enrollment, relationship management, and retention.
• Recruit, train, and manage future matchmakers and support staff.
• Help grow brand awareness through community outreach, partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee business organization, systems, and performance goals.
• Bring creative ideas that help Amora Volim stand apart in the matchmaking industry.
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication with clients and team members. Ideal Candidate
