Corporate Marketing & Growth Coordinator / Manager /

Regular travel to company divisions, conferences, and industry events Role Summary The Corporate Marketing & Growth professional will support the SVP, Strategy & Growth in executing marketing, brand visibility, and growth initiatives across Consolidated Water and its subsidiaries, including PERC Water, Aerex, and Cayman Water. This role supports brand and marketing execution, lead generation, market intelligence, conferences, public relations, and media activities across multiple markets. The position is separate from the Corporate Proposal Manager function but may provide proposal support during periods of high volume. This position may be filled at the Coordinator, Manager, or Senior Manager level based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, demonstrated capabilities, and the scope of responsibilities assigned. Key Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Implement corporate branding and marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency across divisions, websites, collateral, and communication channels. Manage and support the Company's social media presence, including LinkedIn. Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple divisions and geographic markets. Lead Generation & Market Intelligence Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets and business segments. Monitor GovSpend, GovWin, and similar platforms for public-sector and municipal opportunities and route relevant leads and market intelligence to appropriate business development teams. Coordinate leads generated through the Growth Ambassador Program and work with division leaders to track and route opportunities. Conferences & Market Presence Coordinate the Company's presence at WEFTEC, ACE, AWWA, and other targeted industry events. Manage conference planning, logistics, materials, branding, scheduling, and attendance. Represent the Company at industry events and develop relationships with prospects, partners, and industry contacts. Public Relations & Media Monitor relevant news and media coverage involving the Company and its subsidiaries. Identify and promote positive stories involving company achievements, charitable contributions, community involvement, and project milestones. Coordinate media inquiries and external communications with appropriate leadership. Proposal & Strategic Support Provide overflow proposal support to the Corporate Proposal Manager and division teams during periods of high volume. Assist with proposal scheduling and preparation of supporting materials as needed. Support additional marketing, strategy, growth, and operational initiatives as assigned by the SVP, Strategy & Growth. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Relevant professional experience in marketing, business development, communications, brand management, or a related field. Experience within the water, infrastructure, engineering, environmental services, or another B2B/industrial sector preferred. Experience with public-sector lead-generation tools such as GovSpend, GovWin, or similar platforms preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple divisions and geographic locations. Ability and willingness to travel regularly based on business needs. Position Level & Compensation The position may be filled at one of the following levels. The applicable level will be determined based on the responsibilities assigned to the position and the selected candidate's job-related qualifications, experience, skills, and demonstrated capabilities.
Corporate Marketing & Growth Coordinator Annual Base Salary:
$80,000•105,000 Generally responsible for coordinating and executing established marketing and growth initiatives under the direction of leadership.
Corporate Marketing & Growth Manager Annual Base Salary:
$95,000•135,000 Generally responsible for independently managing marketing and growth initiatives and coordinating projects across multiple business divisions.
Corporate Marketing & Growth Senior Manager Annual Base Salary:
$130,000•175,000 Generally responsible for higher-level leadership and independent management of corporate marketing, brand, market visibility, and growth initiatives across multiple business divisions and markets. The salary ranges listed above represent the Company's good-faith estimate of the annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for each respective position at the time of posting. Final position level and compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, education, assigned responsibilities, and internal equity.
