Director, Marketing, HCP Omnichannel Engagement and Execution The Director, Marketing, HCP Omnichannel Execution is responsible for driving digital engagement and promotional execution for healthcare professionals (HCPs) for a launch-stage heart failure pharmaceutical brand, ENBUMYST. This role leads digital campaign strategy, omnichannel execution, media planning, content development, congress activities, speaker programs, and marketing analytics to support brand growth and customer engagement. This position plays a critical role in building the brand's digital ecosystem and scalable engagement model during launch.Preferred Location:
Remote - US Essential Duties and Responsibilities• HCP Omnichannel Digital Promotion Develop and execute digital engagement strategy and media plan for HCP audiences Lead digital tactics including: Email campaigns Programmatic media Professional brand website Paid and organic search Peer-to-peer 3rd party programsCongresses and Speaker Programs:
Lead development of promotional speaker deck and provide oversight of speaker bureau. Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders. Lead Congress activities, including developing of strategies and tactics to increase awareness of Enbumyst, manage Congress partners, and coordinating KOL meetings. Foster and manage relationships with key professional and patient advocacy organizations. Content Development & MLR Lead development of HCP promotional materials, including digital, speaker programs, and congress materials Manage the MLR review process Partner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant promotion Agency & Vendor Management Manage relationships with digital, media, and creative agencies Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Analytics & Optimization Track and analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics, including ROI Use insights to optimize digital programs and targeting Deliver regular reporting on digital performance and impact additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications (Education & Experience)Required:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience; or equivalent education and experience Experience in the PromoMats system (or equivalent MLR review system) is required Strong experience in digital and omnichannel pharmaceutical marketing, including media planning, content development, and managing agency partners. Marketing analytics and performance optimization Strong understanding of pharma promotional regulations Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively drive performance within a highly results driven organization Proven initiative and ability to work independently; demonstrated ability to drive execution of key initiatives in partnership with cross functional stakeholders, and meet all deadlinesPreferred:
