Job Description:
Strategic Leadership & Execution Oversight:
Translate business objectives into actionable growth marketing strategies for global B2B and B2C markets. Drive execution of multi-channel programs across ABM, paid media, email, marketing automation, and event campaigns. Set clear goals and priorities for the team, ensuring accountability and alignment with revenue and pipeline targets.
Team Management & Development:
Functionally manage, coach, and mentor channel leads, ensuring career development and strong team performance. Foster collaboration across the growth marketing team to maximize impact and share best practices. Serve as escalation point for campaign challenges and operational bottlenecks.Revenue & Performance Accountability:
Own growth marketing KPIs including revenue contribution, lead generation, pipeline influence, and ROI. Oversee campaign reporting, performance tracking, and optimization across markets. Ensure data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to continuously improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.Global Market Execution:
Manage campaigns across multiple regions, tailoring strategies for local relevance while ensuring global brand consistency. Partner with business unit leaders to align campaigns with product and market priorities. Support sales alignment by ensuring marketing campaigns drive qualified leads and opportunities.Agency & Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring delivery of high-quality work and measurable performance. Oversee budgets and contracts related to paid media, ABM platforms, and marketing services. Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable global programsQualifications:
- Results-driven leader with strong execution discipline.
- Excellent communicator who can collaborate across business units, regions, and external partners.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Strong project management skills, balancing multiple programs across global markets.
- HubSpot expertise required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or comparable platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with both business unit marketing teams (B2C and B2B) and cross-functional stakeholders to align with business goals.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record managing global marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Experience leading and mentoring multi-functional marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of ABM, paid acquisition, email, and marketing automation channels.
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, paid media platforms).
- Demonstrated success driving revenue, pipeline, and lead generation metrics.
- Experience managing external agencies and marketing budgets.
- Experience in education, testing, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms (Marketing OS) advanced campaign attribution reporting.
- Strong global market experience, including campaign localization and multi-region execution.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
