Job Description

ThermoAnalytics, Inc., a leading provider of thermal and infrared simulation software and services, seeks an Integrated Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team in either Novi, Michigan or Calumet, Michigan . This full-time role offers the opportunity for a hybrid remote schedule, with weekly onsite/in-office hours. This role is ideal for a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action, bringing technical stories to life, and keeping multi-channel campaigns moving from concept to launch. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing, technical experts, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, support business growth, and generate qualified leads across key markets including automotive, aerospace, and defense. This position is also a strong growth opportunity for someone looking to develop into a demand generation leader by mastering digital acquisition, testing, reporting, and full-funnel campaign management.
WHAT WE OFFER.
$75,000 - $95,000 annual starting wage based on your knowledge and experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO.
Campaign Execution & Content Coordination Act as project manager for marketing campaigns — plan, build, and execute demand generation initiatives across multiple channels. Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and creative requirements in collaboration with design teams. Coordinate with product teams, application engineers, and sales to produce high-value technical assets, including webinars, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, emails, landing pages, and blog posts tailored to target audiences. Drive A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, content, and landing pages to improve performance and meet creation rates. Manage day-to-day campaign optimization to maximize CTR, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and cost efficiency. Ensure all messaging aligns with target personas, funnel stages, and brand positioning, serving as the go-to guide for content and campaign asset consistency. Paid Media Management & Analytics Manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager programs, including sponsored content and conversation ads. Run Google Search & Display campaigns, including keyword strategy, ad copy development, and bid management. Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance; adjust campaigns as needed to ensure pipeline and ROI goals are met. Track and report on core KPIs and pipeline contribution, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI and channel efficiency.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience required. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and WordPress highly preferred. Strong analytical and reporting skills, including building dashboards (HubSpot preferred). Demonstrated success with A/B testing campaign content and optimizing for conversions. Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail. Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn new tools and expand marketing expertise. Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, technical experts, and product teams.
