Junior Account Manager Padula Media, LLC Job description: We are looking for an individual with prior marketing experience to join our team. In this role, you'll develop and oversee the digital marketing strategies of our clients from sale process to management to ensure that their digital goals and projects are met. You are the primary point of contact between our clients and the company. To ensure success as an account manager, you should be able to create & implement complex, detailed digital strategies in an accurate and timely manner. Ultimately, a top-notch account manager should be a sociable, creative individual with the ability to interpret a client's digital needs. Long-term goals are defined by the ability to retain clients and meet client's goals through your strategic planning. Primary offices are located in West Chester, PA, providing digital marketing services to clients throughout the USA.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:
Keeping up to date with all current marketing best practices for web, SEO, social media, video, advertising, and more. Pulling reports and analyzing the data to deduct conclusions.Presenting skills:
be able to discuss effective digital strategies and training to clients when needed. Understand the data to make appropriate decisions. Be willing and able to jump in and handle specific tasks where needed. The goal of this is "if it takes less time to do than coordinate, try to do." These could be: Website Project management (up to 10 projects at a time) along with Minor Web Changes Updating Advertising Collateral Social Media management Updating SEO collateral Minor graphic design changesClient Relations:
Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their digital goals. Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients. Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement. Analyzing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as customer conversion rates, traffic, keyword rankings, and more. Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust. Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis. Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns.Team Relations:
Holding the team accountable to deadlines on the client's behalf Reviewing all work that is assigned to team on behalf of the clients Managing client strategy Maintaining a positive relationship with the teamDigital Account Manager Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. Certification in digital marketing management is preferred. At least 2 years of experience as in a marketing strategy related position. In-depth prior experience in one of our primary services is preferred. Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and online platforms. Familiarity with social media and digital platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, and Tik Tok. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as SEMRush, Search Console, Web Hosting tools, reporting tools, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Solid organizational and time management skills.We Will Provide :
