Unlike traditional real estate teams, we provide clients with a vertically integrated solution that includes real estate sales, property management, construction, renovations, and investment opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation & Marketing Manager to help drive company growth through strategic marketing, lead generation, CRM management, and business development. Position Overview The Lead Generation & Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for: Residential Buyers Home Sellers Real Estate Investors Property Management Clients Construction & Renovation Projects This role is heavily focused on results. We are looking for someone who understands how to generate appointments and revenue, not just social media engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, tech-savvy, and experienced with CRM systems, digital marketing, and lead nurturing. ResponsibilitiesLead Generation Generate qualified buyer, seller, investor, and property management leads Build and manage lead generation campaigns Create and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns Develop landing pages and lead magnets Manage lead capture and follow-up systems Coordinate cold outreach campaigns, direct mail, and prospecting efforts Track lead sources and ROI CRM & Automation Manage GoHighLevel CRM Build automated email and text nurture campaigns Create sales pipelines and workflows Maintain lead databases and reporting systems Improve lead conversion processes Marketing Coordinate social media content strategy Assist with video marketing and content distribution Create marketing materials, flyers, email campaigns, and newsletters Promote active listings, open houses, investment opportunities, and company services Support branding efforts across Murphy Partners Properties and Bayworks Construction Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance Track KPIs and marketing ROI Prepare weekly marketing reports Make recommendations for growth and optimization QualificationsRequired Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or real estate marketing Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred) Experience running Facebook and Google Ads Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Results-oriented mindset Preferred Real estate industry experience Property management marketing experience Knowledge of investor-focused marketing Graphic design experience (Canva) Video editing experience Familiarity with SEO and website management
