About the
Role:
As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager supporting multi-product, you'll grow engagement and retention strategies across our customers. You will be both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can operate with autonomy, partner directly with product and engineering teams, and build new programs that create measurable impact. You'll report to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing and embody our hybrid working model, collaborating in our Seattle office 3-days/week.You Will:
Build lifecycle strategy across multiple product lines, with a focus on customer engagement and retention. Design and launch experiments across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging—defining hypotheses, building campaigns in Braze (or equivalent), and analyzing performance. Partner with product and engineering teams to define P0+ data requirements—defining latency and piping methodologies that will shape user journeys, improve product and messaging flows, and deliver scalable lifecycle and transactional programs that integrate with the product experience. Collaborate with growth, analytics, product marketing, creative and design teams to align lifecycle campaigns with broader go-to-market and product strategies.You Have:
5-7 years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing. Proficient in Braze (or equivalent multi-channel engagement platforms); comfortable orchestrating multi-step, multi-channel customer journeys. 3+ years of experience with data-driven decision-making: designing tests, partnering with analytics to interpret results, and applying insights to improve campaigns. Experienced collaborating directly with product and engineering teams to integrate transactional and lifecycle marketing into primary product experiences. Comfortable flexing between strategy, project management, and execution: from roadmap planning to writing test plans, building and QA-ing campaigns, and analyzing outcomes. Experienced and passionate about creating scalable processes and constantly optimizing ways of working. Curious and energized by solving complex lifecycle challenges in new businesses.Compensation:
