Lead the evolution of Retail Consumer Marketing by motivating, training and leading a marketing data analytics team.This unique opportunity includes developing and executing growth strategies to expand volume and penetration. Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and manage comprehensive campaign strategies across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on personalized marketing within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Segment audiences based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to personalize messaging and maximize engagement. Create and manage campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines.Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including designing emails, building automated journeys, and managing subscriber lists. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud's capabilities (e.g., automation studio, journey builder, email studio, content builder, Einstein) to create engaging and effective campaigns. A/B test various campaign elements (subject lines, content, calls to action) to continuously improve performance. Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make necessary adjustments to optimize results. Manage campaign budgets and resources effectively.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. This includes analyzing open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and communicate results to stakeholders. Leverage data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Excel, data visualization platforms) to extract insights from various data sources and inform future campaign strategies. Identify and implement data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution. Communicate campaign performance and insights effectively to stakeholders through presentations and written reports. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. You'll have... Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, with a strong focus on email, digital marketing and customer privacy/consent laws and regulations. 3+ years of experience in automotive finance or financial services industry Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics). Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and collaborate with peers and partners globally. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud certifications Passion and experience working with various Artificial Intelligence including Google AI platforms Even better, you may have… Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email studio, automation studio, and journey builder. Experience building and managing email or digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo) is a plus. Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus.
