The Role This is a highly field-based relationship management role focused on physician engagement, referral growth, and territory development. As Provider Relations Manager, you will serve as the primary field representative for Latitude across Queens and Long Island. Your role is to build trusted relationships with pediatricians, allergists, and other healthcare providers through consistent in-person outreach, education, and follow-through. This is not a transactional sales role. Success comes from becoming a trusted resource, maintaining strong provider relationships over time, and building a territory that generates sustained referral growth. You will have real ownership of your market, significant autonomy in the field, and the opportunity to grow alongside the organization. What You'll Do Build and Grow Your Territory Develop and maintain referral relationships with pediatricians, allergists, and healthcare providers across Long Island and Queens Conduct organized in-person office visits, new account outreach, and consistent follow-up with existing referral partners Identify and develop new referral opportunities within healthcare networks, practice groups, and local communities Maintain strong visibility and engagement across the territory through disciplined account coverage and follow-through Educate and Engage Providers Educate providers and office staff on Latitude's approach to food allergy prevention, diagnosis, and treatment Plan and host educational lunches, small-group meetings, and provider presentations Represent Latitude professionally at local events and community initiatives related to pediatric and allergy care Partner with our clinical team and physician leadership for high-value provider conversations and educational sessions Execute with Discipline Build and execute a territory growth plan aligned to quarterly referral goals Track provider engagement, referral activity, and market insights within HubSpot Maintain organized follow-up and strong account management practices Collaborate closely with marketing and clinical teams to ensure a consistent provider experience Share market feedback and insights that help improve how we support providers and patients What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in qualified referral volume across the territory Strong, trusted relationships with key pediatric and allergy practices High provider retention and repeat referral activity Consistent field activity and organized CRM follow-through Strong market visibility and territory ownership A territory that grows as the organization grows Who Thrives Here This role is a strong fit for someone who: Enjoys building long-term professional relationships through face-to-face interaction Is self-directed and comfortable managing a territory independently Naturally takes ownership and follows through consistently Is organized, proactive, and reliable Wants meaningful work within a fast-growing healthcare organization Prefers relationship-building and market development over transactional selling QualificationsRequired 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, provider relations, physician outreach, clinical outreach, or another relationship-based healthcare role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable spending significant time in the field conducting in-person visits and meetings Organized with strong follow-through and territory management habits Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience in physician referral development, provider relations, or healthcare business development Background in pediatrics, allergy, nutrition, infant formula, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM platform Experience working within a fast-growing or startup-stage environment What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based incentives tied to territory growth Equity participation opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) and flexible spending account Mileage and business expense reimbursement Paid time off and company holidays Strong clinical and marketing support, including physician partnership for provider education
Pay:
