Full Job Description Pay:

$675.00- $1,500.00 per week Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic experienced Campaign Manager to to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with wireless smartphone activations. As a marketing campaign manager , you will help customers enroll in government-assisted wireless programs through Assurance Wireless, activating , troubleshooting, etc. You will also support marketing and sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition and satisfaction. As a manager you will oversee 3-5 agents and assist with field sales training, inventory delivery, team camaraderie and overall mindset leadership! This is a commission-only position designed for high performers who thrive in a competitive environment. Weekly payouts, monthly bonuses, and quarterly incentives reward consistency, hustle, and championship-level execution. This position is eligible for override (passive income ) from personal teams production and excellent leadership responsibilities There is no cap on earnings—your work ethic determines your paycheck. Educate customers on product features, pricing, and available promotions. Collect and enter customer information accurately into activation systems. Troubleshoot activation and service issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer concerns. Create and distribute marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite. Support digital and print marketing campaigns. Set up promotional materials and advertising displays. Build strategic partnerships to expand customer outreach. Provide feedback on customer concerns to improve service quality. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a desire to exceed goals. Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Experience with HTML and digital marketing is a plus. Previous customer service, sales, or phone activation experience is helpful but not required.
