You should bring creativity, energy, and real passion for growing the company and have the skills to turn ideas into campaigns that actually get launched. What You'll Do Develop and execute marketing campaigns Create email campaigns and responsive HTML email templates Work with Mailchimp and SendGrid Write strong marketing copy, subject lines, headlines, and calls to action Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Create and edit videos, Reels, Shorts, graphics, and promotional content Use SEO and Ahrefs to identify traffic opportunities Improve website messaging, landing pages, and conversions Review analytics and adjust campaigns based on results Use AI tools for marketing, creative work, images, and automation What You Need Strong marketing instincts and original ideas Proven hands-on marketing experience Email marketing and HTML email-template development Mailchimp, SendGrid, WordPress, HTML/CSS, and Ahrefs Social media marketing Video editing and graphic design Strong copywriting skills Ability to take an idea from concept through execution Passion for helping build and grow the company This is a full-time W-2 position.
