Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead/Customer Acquisition Strategy & Execution Performance Tracking Marketing / Comms Systems Content creation
Marketing Tech Stack Measurables:
Number of Leads; Cost per Lead New clients; Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Revenue Generated from efforts; ROAS and MROI Who this person is: A storyteller who lives in the numbers: can make people feel the hope of the brand and prove the return on every dollar Owns outcomes, not activity; relentlessly focused on leads, clients, and revenue Lives our values: exudes optimism, creates harmony, and represents the brand with care and integrity Strategic and hands-on; can set the plan and also execute it Data-fluent and comfortable living in marketing tools and analytics Protects the brand and the patient: markets with honesty, respects our clinical claims and patient privacy, never overpromises Takes initiative and gets things done; the team can count on the pipeline staying full Lead / Customer Acquisition This person owns a predictable, growing flow of qualified leads that turn into clients at a healthy cost. They build and run the acquisition engine across the channels that actually work, turning strangers into people who book an evaluation. Success here is not impressions or activity; it is leads and new clients the business can count on, month over month. Strategy & Execution This person sets the marketing strategy and, just as importantly, executes it. They tie every campaign to a business goal, decide where to focus and where not to, own the marketing budget and the spend behind it, and make sure plans turn into live campaigns. Performance Tracking This person operates on a simple rule: if it isn't tracked, we don't do it. What doesn't get measured can't be managed, and untracked marketing means flying blind. So before any initiative launches, it gets a strategy with expected results, outcomes, and a forecast, letting us predict the return and choose the most cost- and resource-effective bets instead of guessing. From there, this person builds the tracking mechanisms that capture data on every initiative, runs the tracking, and turns it into honest performance analysis: what worked, what didn't, and what changes next. Everything gets measured, and the data drives the decisions. They know the cost of a lead, the cost of a client, and the return on every dollar spent. Lead & Manage This person builds and leads whatever team it takes to deliver, whether direct reports, freelancers, or agencies. They hire well, set clear expectations, and hold people accountable to both results and our values, getting excellent, on-brand work out of everyone they bring in. Their standard for managing is positive
ROI:
every employee and every agency must return more than they cost. Staff and contractors alike are managed to outcomes and spend.
Marketing / Comms
Systems This person builds repeatable systems so growth doesn't depend on heroics. Lead nurture, email, follow-up, and brand communications run on dependable workflows that keep prospects moving toward booking and keep clients connected. The brand voice stays consistent, optimistic, and true across every touchpoint. Content Creation This person ensures content that generates demand gets made. The goal isn't necessarily volume or polish for its own sake; it's the words, images, and video that move people to take action, whether that's an inquiry to the clinic or a new client acquired. They produce whatever the demand goal requires, and they own the result: content that gets people to take the next step. It stays honest and within our clinical bounds, but demand is the point. Marketing Tech Stack This person owns the tools that power the engine and keeps them integrated and running: the CRM, email platform, landing pages, ad accounts, and analytics. The stack should make marketing faster and clearer, not more complicated.
