Marketing Director King's Garden Landscaping | Houston, TX We're looking for an accomplished, hands-on Marketing Director to lead our next stage of growth. You'll work directly with the owner, shape our marketing strategy, and take ownership of qualified inbound lead generation. This role suits someone who brings a strong record of results, sound judgment, and the ability to turn a clear objective into effective execution. Your responsibilities Own every marketing campaign. Lead planning, execution, coordination, and measurement across Google Ads, Meta, two-way SMS, iMessage, email, phone outreach, door hangers, direct mail, social media, and additional channels that demonstrate value. Make the channels work together. Build coordinated campaigns with clear audiences, consistent messaging, effective follow-up, and respect for customer communication preferences. Direct advertising spend. Allocate approved budgets, identify waste, test improvements, and expand effective campaigns. Improve conversion. Refine targeting, creative, landing pages, inquiry forms, and response workflows to generate more qualified opportunities. Connect marketing to sales. Track inquiries through estimates and closed business. Work with sales to improve lead quality and resolve gaps. Own execution. Manage vendors, maintain priorities, and bring clear recommendations supported by evidence. What success looks like Our goal is a substantial increase in qualified inbound leads within your first 30 days, followed by consistent, sustainable growth. You'll establish the starting baseline and align with the owner on measurable targets, approved resources, and operating capacity. Weekly reporting should make progress clear: qualified leads, acquisition costs, conversion rates, and attributable sales. What you bring A demonstrated record of growing qualified inbound leads. Hands-on expertise in paid advertising, direct marketing, customer messaging, conversion tracking, and landing-page optimization. Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels and connecting spending to business results. Strong analytical judgment, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.
