For decades, their products have helped DIY enthusiasts, woodworkers, contractors, cabinet makers, and tradespeople complete projects with greater precision and ease. They are known for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions at an accessible price point, launching 10-20 new products annually and maintaining strong growth year over year. As their business continues to expand across retail and e-commerce channels, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to elevate our brand, drive demand generation, and support continued growth. Job Description Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Lead brand management efforts across digital, retail, and trade channels. Drive successful product launch campaigns for new product introductions throughout the year. Partner with Sales and E-Commerce teams - targetting Big Box retail Oversee digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, and content marketing. Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign ROI. Create promotional programs and merchandising strategies to support retail partners. Collaborate with Product Development teams to identify market opportunities and customer needs. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to guide marketing decisions. Lead trade show participation, industry events, and customer-facing marketing initiatives. Manage external agencies, creative partners, and marketing vendors. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 7+ years of marketing leadership experience Experience marketing consumer products, DIY products, home improvement products, hardware, tools, building products, or related industries. Strong understanding of retail marketing and e-commerce channels. Experience supporting national retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, Ace Hardware, Walmart, Target, or similar accounts is highly preferred. Demonstrated success launching products and driving revenue growth. Strong digital marketing expertise, including performance marketing and e-commerce marketing. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners. Excellent strategic planning, communication, and project management skills. Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilities.
