Job Description

Marketing Manager Build it. Own it. Execute it. Measure it. RedStone Logistics is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who likes to roll up their sleeves and get things done. If you're the kind of person who can develop the idea, build the plan, write the copy, launch the campaign, update the website, dig into the numbers, and figure out what to do better next time—we should talk. This isn't a role where you'll hand off your ideas to five different specialists. At RedStone, you'll own marketing projects from beginning to end and see the direct impact of your work on the business. We're looking for someone who is self-reliant, analytical, organized, curious, and socially inclined —someone who enjoys working with people but doesn't need to be told what to do next. What You'll Do Own the Marketing Process Develop and execute marketing programs that support company growth. Create content for digital and traditional channels. Manage and continuously improve our website, including content, SEO, and user experience. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation. Manage social media with content that supports our brand and business development goals. Create sales collateral, presentations, case studies, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Coordinate with vendors, designers, printers, and digital partners to get projects across the finish line. Maintain consistent brand messaging across everything we put into the marketplace. Partner with Sales & Leadership Work closely with our sales team to improve lead quality, messaging, and customer engagement. Develop marketing initiatives that generate qualified opportunities. Support strategic partner relationships with marketing tools and campaigns. Help tell the RedStone story—who we are, what we do, and why customers should care. Present ideas and recommendations to leadership. Use Data to Get Better Monitor campaign, website, and lead-generation performance. Track KPIs and marketing ROI. Look at the numbers, figure out what's working (and what isn't), and make adjustments. Build processes and systems that make marketing more effective as we grow. The Person We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who simply "has marketing experience." We're looking for someone who takes ownership. You might be a great fit if you: Are self-reliant and comfortable figuring things out without constant direction. Naturally take a project from "Here's an idea" to "It's done." Enjoy both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. Like working with people and building relationships across the organization. Can write compelling content AND look at the data behind it. Are comfortable getting into the details instead of always staying at the 30,000-foot level. See a problem and think, "I can fix that." Enjoy building processes and making things work better. Can juggle multiple projects without losing track of the details. Care about doing quality work—and care about whether that work actually produces results. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with websites, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide decisions. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and sales. Why This Role Is Different At RedStone, marketing isn't about checking boxes or producing content just to say we did it. We want marketing that moves the business forward. You'll have the opportunity to build programs, improve processes, strengthen our brand, support sales, and see the results of your work. You'll have a voice, you'll have ownership, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing company. If you like being told exactly what to do, this probably isn't your job. If you like figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it—we'd love to meet you.
