This role will oversee day-to-day marketing efforts across social media, our website, print materials, and internal marketing support, while also helping us better understand how our marketing efforts translate into referrals and client enrollment. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of marketing—someone who can design an engaging social media post one day, update a webpage the next, and then look at enrollment data to help determine what is (and isn't) working.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Design, create, schedule, and post engaging content across Mala's social media platforms Monitor social media engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics Develop content that highlights Mala's services, clinicians, groups, workshops, and community presence Identify opportunities to increase visibility, engagement, and referral interest
Website Management:
Create, edit, and maintain webpages through Squarespace Keep service pages, staff profiles, groups, events, and other website content current Identify opportunities to improve website content and navigation to better support prospective clients and referral partners Monitor website performance and engagement metrics
Marketing Materials & Design:
Design promotional materials including flyers, handouts, brochures, guides, postcards, and other print/digital materials Coordinate printing and ordering of marketing materials as needed Ensure materials are visually consistent with Mala's brand and accurately represent our services
New Hire & Staff Marketing Support:
Support the marketing onboarding process for new clinicians and staff Design and order business cards and other promotional materials Create and maintain new staff webpages and profiles Assist clinicians and department staff with developing self-marketing strategies and materials
Marketing Analytics & Enrollment:
Track marketing metrics across social media, website, advertising, and other marketing channels Monitor how marketing activity translates into inquiries, referrals, and client enrollment Identify trends and opportunities based on marketing and enrollment data Maintain organized tracking systems and provide regular updates on marketing performance
Collaboration & Growth Strategy:
Meet regularly with department directors and the enrollment team to identify areas for growth Help identify barriers to enrollment and brainstorm creative solutions Develop and implement marketing strategies in response to changing service needs and organizational priorities Creative and visually oriented with strong attention to detail Experienced with social media platforms and digital content creation Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities Comfortable using Squarespace or willing to learn Experienced with the graphic design tool Canva Comfortable reviewing and interpreting marketing and enrollment data A strong writer and communicator Collaborative and comfortable working with clinicians, department directors, and administrative staff Interested in connecting marketing efforts to tangible organizational growth
Additional Expectations:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, graphic design; or a combination of relevant experience with a marketing portfolio that reflects their work Experience with Squarespace, Canva, Google Analytics, social media analytics, or similar platforms Experience developing both digital and print marketing materials Experience tracking marketing performance and/or enrollment metrics
