What You'll Do Drive Growth:

Strategize, build, and optimize high-quality, cost-effective inbound and outbound lead pipelines for our executive sales team.

Manage Paid Acquisition:

Run and scale high-ROI Google Ads (AdWords) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.

Build Digital Assets:

Design, deploy, and refine high-converting landing pages and web experiences using WordPress, Elementor, and modern CMS platforms.

Maximize Organic Reach:

Execute SEO best practices to capture organic search market share.

Leverage Tech & AI:

Integrate cutting-edge AI tools and automated CRM/SaaS workflows to maximize efficiency and campaign precision. Report to

Leadership:

Partner directly with the CEO and President as a high-level idea generator, presenting actionable analytics, campaign insights, and strategic expansion plans. What We're Looking For Proven track record in marketing campaign management and digital lead generation (financial services experience is a plus). Deep technical fluency with CRM/SaaS architectures, AI-driven marketing workflows, and marketing technology tools. Hands-on expertise running PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager). Strong working knowledge of SEO and hands-on experience building/editing pages in WordPress and Elementor. Exceptional intellect, self-driven ambition, and top-tier communication skills.
