POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager owns day-to-day marketing execution across Achieve Education Group's portfolio of charter school clients: social media, paid media, content creation, websites, CRM communications, and local SEO. The goal of every campaign is the same: more families finding the right school, more students enrolled, and more students staying through graduation. This role replaces founder-led execution with dedicated professional management under the direction of the Principal Marketing Consultant. It is a high-volume, multi-client production role; specific output targets are discussed during interviews. The right candidate is organized, fast, self-directed, and comfortable being measured on enrollment outcomes, not activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Publish daily content for each client school on Facebook and Instagram, balancing culture posts (students, staff, campus life) with promotional posts (enrollment calls to action, events, programs). Specific cadence set per school. ▪ Produce Reels and video content for YouTube and social channels; coordinate footage capture with campus staff and the video team. Identify and test new platforms where parents of school-age children spend time. Join and engage parent and community groups in each market; distribute relevant posts daily across the group network. Verify a signed photo release for every student image published; maintain COPPA and student privacy compliance. Paid Media Build, maintain, and optimize campaigns in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads across all client accounts. Proactively recommend improvements to targeting, creative, budget allocation, and landing page alignment. Report monthly on CPL, reach, click-through, and lead-to-enrollment conversion by school. Content Creation Design flyers and promotional graphics for each school's programs and events, on-brand for each school. Produce bilingual (English/Spanish) versions of enrollment-facing materials. Track performance of creative assets and report on what works. Use AI tools (we work in Claude daily) to accelerate content drafting, repurposing, and reporting across the client portfolio. Websites Maintain, build, and optimize each school's WordPress site: speed, mobile usability, on-page SEO. Keep all pages ADA compliant (WCAG 2.1 AA). Build conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns, with tracking installed. Conduct a quarterly competitor review per market and recommend site and messaging changes. Write and publish blog content on a weekly cadence across the client portfolio, aligned to each school's SEO strategy. CRM, Email & SMS Build HubSpot email campaigns for current families (retention, re-enrollment) and prospective families (nurture, open house). Audit lead flow monthly to confirm every lead source (forms, ads, calls, walk-ins) lands in HubSpot; fix broken integrations fast. Build SMS campaigns for enrollment deadlines, events, and re-enrollment pushes. Local SEO & Reputation Maintain each school's
Google Business Profile:
hours, categories, Q&A. Publish Google Posts and upload fresh photos on a weekly cadence for each school. Run review generation campaigns and respond to every review within two business days. Claim, update, and drive reviews on Niche.com and GreatSchools profiles for each school. Monitor and improve each school's visibility in AI assistant answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Community & Retention Build and run parent referral and ambassador programs that turn satisfied families into an enrollment channel.
Develop community partnerships per market:
preschools, youth sports leagues, churches, realtors. Run re-enrollment campaigns and flag at-risk families to school leadership early. Reporting & Communication Build and maintain Excel and HubSpot dashboards: leads, CPL, pipeline, channel performance by school. Present marketing performance and recommendations in regular client and internal meetings.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
By day 30: Has full admin access to every client's social, ad, web, CRM, and GBP account; publishing cadence is running without founder involvement; baseline dashboard is live. By day 60: Owns paid media end to end; first optimization round complete with documented CPL movement; bilingual flyer library started; lead-flow audit finished and gaps closed. By day 90: Full cadence (social, blogs, Google Posts, email) is sustained across all clients; first quarterly competitor review delivered; presents monthly reporting to clients without support.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience owning multiple channels simultaneously. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite; Google Ads strongly preferred. Working proficiency in
WordPress:
building pages, editing content, basic troubleshooting.
Strong Excel skills:
pivot tables, lookups, and building clean reports from raw exports. HubSpot (or comparable CRM) experience: email campaigns and lead management. Design proficiency in Canva. Strong writing ability for social, email, and blog content. Ability to travel to Arizona client campuses and obtain an AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card. Preferred Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools daily for content and reporting. This goes a long way here. Bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken. K-12, charter school, or enrollment marketing experience. GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience. Short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok formats). CULTURE Achieve Education Group is built around the child in the seat. Every campaign, flyer, and dashboard exists to put more students in great schools and keep them there.
We value operators over theorists:
people who ship daily, own their numbers, and say plainly what is working. The volume is real and the pace does not slow during enrollment season. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, you will fit here.
