In this role, you will develop strategic marketing plans, oversee digital campaigns, and manage content creation to enhance our online presence and engagement. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing),, content marketing, local partnerships, print ads etc... Manage and optimize SEO efforts using SEO tools and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and website visibility. Oversee content creation across platforms, including website content management systems, newsletter with Mailchimp, creation of visual graphics for ads and posts etc.. Implement conversion optimization techniques to increase lead generation and sales through landing page improvements, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Coordinate social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta Advertising, Google ads, google my business and manage social media management tools for scheduling and analytics. Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), and marketing automation tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for better ROI. Lead email marketing campaigns by crafting compelling copy, segmenting audiences effectively, and measuring engagement metrics to boost customer retention. Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and B2B marketing practices to keep our campaigns innovative and competitive. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO tools, social media management, Google Ads/AdWords campaigns, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. Strong background in content creation including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Creative Suite applications, and familiarity with content management systems like WordPress. Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website updates or landing page customization is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in implementing conversion optimization strategies that increase engagement or sales metrics. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels is preferred. Ability to analyze data from various sources such as SQL databases or analytics dashboards to inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences in B2B or B2C contexts.
