We help manufacturing companies keep their operations running by providing critical automation components, including motor drives, PLCs, HMIs, and other industrial control products from leading manufacturers. Our business is primarily digital, with customers finding and purchasing products through our website and online channels. As we continue to grow, we are building out our digital marketing function to better connect with customers, grow our brand, and drive revenue. About the Role DO Supply is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build and lead our digital marketing strategy across e-commerce, email, social media, content, SEO, and digital campaigns. This is a newly created position and an opportunity to build a marketing function rather than step into an established department with existing processes and programs. The right person will bring ideas, create strategy, build campaigns, and work with a small team to execute them. You will report directly to the marketing leader and will have a high degree of ownership over how the work gets done. You will be expected to develop recommendations and bring ideas forward, while partnering with leadership on priorities and business direction. This is a hands-on manager role . You should be comfortable developing strategy and managing people, but you should also be willing and able to get into the work yourself when needed. The Team You will lead a small digital marketing team that includes: Content Supervisor Marketing Specialist Digital Media Specialist focused on photography, video, and visual content The Content Supervisor also has a Content Writer on their team. This position is responsible for bringing these areas together into a coordinated digital marketing strategy and helping the team prioritize and execute against that strategy. What You'll Do Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, e-commerce growth, customer needs, and revenue objectives Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, customer engagement, lead generation, and online sales Develop and present marketing campaign ideas and recommendations to leadership Build and manage an ongoing digital marketing and campaign calendar Balance short-term opportunities with longer-term marketing initiatives Use customer, website, and campaign data to determine what is working and where we should focus next Identify new digital marketing opportunities, tools, channels, and approaches that can help grow the business E-Commerce, Website & SEO Partner with the digital and content teams to improve website content and the customer experience Develop strategies for product, category, landing page, and other website content Identify opportunities to improve organic search performance and SEO Audit and optimize existing content based on search performance, customer engagement, and business priorities Work with internal teams to identify products, categories, and opportunities that should receive additional marketing attention Support initiatives designed to improve website conversion and customer acquisition Email & Customer Marketing Develop and oversee an ongoing email marketing strategy Create targeted campaigns based on customer segments, products, promotions, and business objectives Establish a consistent email calendar rather than relying solely on occasional company announcements Partner with the Marketing Specialist on campaign development, execution, and measurement Analyze email performance and continuously improve messaging, targeting, and results Social Media & Content Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars Determine what content should be created and which channels should be used Partner with the Content Supervisor and Digital Media Specialist to develop written, visual, photography, and video content Ensure content supports broader marketing campaigns and business priorities Maintain consistent messaging and brand standards across digital channels Team Leadership Lead, develop, and prioritize work for the digital marketing team Establish clear expectations, workflows, deadlines, and ownership Help team members understand how their work connects to broader marketing and business goals Provide coaching, feedback, and development Ensure projects are moving forward while maintaining quality standards Help the team prioritize when multiple requests and opportunities compete for attention Analytics & Continuous Improvement Establish meaningful KPIs for digital marketing initiatives Monitor website, email, social, SEO, and campaign performance Use analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Test different approaches and use results to refine marketing strategy Communicate results and recommendations to leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with digital, e-commerce, sales, operations, and leadership teams Coordinate marketing initiatives across departments Translate business needs into actionable marketing plans Help ensure marketing efforts support the company's broader growth objectives What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can think strategically, manage a team, and execute.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, e-commerce, content marketing, or a related field Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns Experience with multiple digital channels, such as email, social media, websites, SEO, and content Experience using analytics and performance data to guide marketing decisions Experience managing, mentoring, or leading marketing or creative team members Strong project management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture A results-oriented approach and interest in understanding what actually drives business growth The ability to work independently, make recommendations, and take ownership of projects You May Be a Strong Fit If You... We are looking for someone with strong digital marketing fundamentals who can identify priorities, develop a strategy, and lead a team in executing it. Leadership & Work Style This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys autonomy and variety . DO Supply operates with a relatively flat structure and limited bureaucracy. Managers are given significant ownership over their areas and are expected to manage their own time, solve problems, and move work forward. At the same time, this is not a role where you will simply set strategy and hand everything off. The marketing function is being built, and you will need to be comfortable getting involved, figuring things out, and helping establish processes along the way. If you prefer highly defined responsibilities, established processes, and doing the same type of work every day, this may not be the right environment for you. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Equivalent professional experience will be considered 5+ years of relevant digital marketing or related experience preferred Previous experience leading or managing a team preferred Compensation The salary range for this position is $80,000-$88,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual company bonus based on performance and company results. The position follows a hybrid work schedule , generally consisting of three days in the office and two days remote. The team also has some flexibility when business needs allow. Occasional additional flexibility may be needed to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, or business deadlines. Work Environment This position is based in a professional office environment and requires regular computer use and extended periods of sitting. The role works closely with marketing, digital, e-commerce, content, sales, and leadership teams.
