Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels. In this role, you will develop strategic marketing plans, oversee digital campaigns, and harness the power of data analytics to optimize performance. Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through effective SEO practices. Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and managing content on WordPress and other content management systems. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer retention. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and performance marketing improvements. Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives and ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, social media marketing, and content management systems. Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. Demonstrated ability to develop compelling copy for diverse audiences combined with excellent content creation skills. Experience managing social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and social media management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from analytics platforms like SQL databases to inform strategic decisions. Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices is highly desirable. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
