Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media, AI & SEO Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives and enhance the company's online presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), AI-powered marketing tools, content creation, and analytics. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving engagement, generating leads, and improving website performance through innovative digital strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Create engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, blogs, and marketing campaigns. Optimize website content and digital assets for SEO performance and search rankings. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. Monitor website traffic, analytics, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console. Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content generation, automation, and audience targeting. Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads. Develop and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules. Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to support branding and lead generation efforts. Stay current with trends in AI, SEO algorithms, digital marketing, and social media platforms. Improve online reputation management and customer engagement strategies. Track KPIs and provide monthly marketing performance reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred. Construction industry experience. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, or related roles. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, social media algorithms, and content marketing. Experience using AI platforms and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Skills Experience with video editing and short-form content creation. Knowledge of WordPress or website management platforms. Familiarity with email marketing systems and CRM software. Experience in branding, lead generation, and conversion optimization. Working Conditions Office, hybrid, or remote work environment depending on company needs. Occasional evening or weekend work for campaigns, events, or content scheduling.
