As Marketing Manager•Delivery Experience, you will lead the strategy, framework, and roadmap for U.S. delivery services. Guiding a team of Product Managers, you will drive customer-centric initiatives, Network 2.0 / DRIVE transformations, and core product portfolios to deliver enterprise-wide impact. What You'll Do Lead a
PM Team:
Coach and direct Product Managers in establishing product roadmaps and executing program plans.
Elevate Delivery Experience:
Drive initiatives to improve the delivery customer experience
Transform Core Capabilities:
Influence the Address Preferred Future State strategy while leading program development for Commercial Delivery Experience within strategic enterprise initiatives.
Manage Product Portfolios:
Drive commercial value, revenue, and profit across Proof of Delivery, Delivery Preferences, and Address Quality portfolios.
Own Location Data Strategy:
Serve as Product Business Owner for Customer Location Data to enhance address accuracy and user experience.
Foster Culture & Quality:
Champion People-Service-Profit, Purple Promise, Diversity & Inclusion, and Quality Driven Management (QDM).
Who You Are Proven PM Leader:
Skilled at managing, coaching, and empowering product managers while building strong cross-functional relationships.
Customer-Centric Strategist:
Experienced in leveraging market research, analytics, and insights to build long-range product plans.
Effective Communicator:
Able to articulate strategic vision and influence decisions across all leadership levels.
Innovative Problem Solver:
Action-oriented with strong initiative, project management discipline, and continuous improvement mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading, coaching, and developing direct reports or product management teams. Proven track record translating enterprise goals into actionable product roadmaps. Background in driving customer satisfaction metrics and managing commercial product portfolios. Proficiency in business analytics, data-driven decision-making, and QDM or Lean/Six Sigma frameworks. Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred) with 5+ years of strategic leadership experience in product management or customer experience. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline. Minimum Experience Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated computer skills. Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Additional Details:
This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius.
